At Muni Ayurveda, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders can be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their order only before the product has been shipped.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Order Cancellation by Muni Ayurveda

Muni Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment failure or incomplete transaction

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • The full amount paid will be refunded

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks/payment providers

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The product has already been shipped

  • The product is out for delivery

  • Customized/personalized orders (if applicable)
