Refund & Return Policy

Muni Ayurveda

At Muni Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Expired product received

  • Missing items in the order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof such as photos/videos may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Personal care products unless received damaged or incorrect

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, Muni Ayurveda may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellation Refunds

If an order is cancelled before shipment, customers are eligible for a full refund.
